Maintaining an active schedule of professional development throughout the calendar year, the Southwestern Academic Research Center (SWARC) facilitates regular pedagogical seminars, instructional workshops, and advanced teacher training programs [SWARC]. As part of this year-round commitment to elevating educational quality, the center executed a specialized training intensive focused on Effective Classroom Management Strategies, mentorship, ICT Tools etc. Designed to equip educators with practical, evidence-based instructional methodologies, the program provided teachers with actionable frameworks to cultivate positive, organized, and highly productive learning spaces.
