SWARC organized a dynamic Youth Leadership Development Workshop designed to cultivate leadership skills among young people in the community. The workshop provided participants with interactive sessions on topics such as effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and ethical leadership. Through engaging activities and group discussions, the workshop aimed to empower young people to become active and responsible leaders in their communities. The program saw enthusiastic participation from local youth, demonstrating a strong interest in leadership development. Participants engaged in a mock debate on current social issues.
